Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Provides assistance to eligible households in meeting the rising cost of home energy. Energy is defined as the source of heating or cooling.
Project Share (Marion County Only)
- In conjunction with the American Red Cross, our agency provides energy assistance to qualified applicants.
ABC Trust Fund
- Provides energy assistance to qualified applicants who are experiencing temporary financial emergencies.
Emergency Food And Shelter Program (EFSP)
- One month’s energy usage or a max of $200

- Using EFSP funds the Agency can provide rent or mortgage assistance to qualified households who are experiencing a temporary emergency.

- MWCAA operates a Food Assistance Pantry. The pantry is for households in need of emergency food.
Information and Referral
Transportation Program in coordination with NACOLG
- Hamilton bus route operates Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is the shop and ride route. Fare is 50 cents each boarding. Bus stops at local merchants, banks and pharmacies
